Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

All orders under 20kg in weight are £9.95 + VAT. This is usually next working day before 5pm; 2 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and some parts of Scotland.

Large or heavy orders are sent by pallet with prices starting at £55.00 + VAT.

Shipping Methods:

On orders under 20kg, we offer a standard delivery - £9.95 and a next working day before noon delivery - £14.95. There is an option of a before 10:30am delivery - £22.95 - but we advise caution as the courier could try to deliver before 6:30am. If you are not at the premises, the courier will take the parcel back to the depot and delivery will not be attempted until the following day.

Delivery Times:

We aim to despatch off the shelf items the same day as long as we have received the order before 3pm that day.

We aim to despatch bespoke items 10 to 14 working days after you have approved an email proof of the design / logo / text.
